I’m Xingyan Liu, currently pursuing my undergraduate studies as a senior at the School of Future Technology, South China University of Technology in Guangzhou, China. My advisor is Prof. Qi Liu, an IEEE Senior Member.

I drive myself to achieve Compounded Cognitive Growth.

My approach is to deconstruct complex challenges into actionable components. Guided by pragmatism and adaptive evolution, I apply iterative reasoning and validation to forge clear paths to measurable results.

Hyper-Relation Fusion for Solving Multi-depot Vehicle Routing Problems

  • We propose a novel Homogeneous-Heterogeneous Relational Fusion (HRF) mechanism for the MDVRP that integrates spatial, topological, and task-specific features through two specialized GNNs: a) a GCN-based Homogeneous GNN (HoGNN) capturing node similarities, and b) a graph attention-based Heterogeneous GNN (HeGNN) modeling depot-customer constraints like vehicle capacity, with their fused outputs enhancing feature representations to optimize routing decisions.
